A short true narrative of the Author’s most challenging and demanding social activism work which led to the “saving” of two sisters; one blind and the other suffering from Down’s Syndrome; from lives of poverty, deprivation and neglect. Not only did it change their lives but the life of the writer too as she began to understand she had resources beyond anything she had ever experienced before and she needed to use every one of them, but more importantly it demonstrated to her how little she knew about love before this experience.
